Local Law Introductory “5” of 2024

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of New Hartford, Oneida County, New York, has introduced the following legislation, referred to as Local Law Introductory “5” of 2024.  Said Local Law Introductory would be known as the “Local Law abolishing the New Hartford Police Commission as established in New Hartford Town Code Chapter 24.”

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing upon Local Law Introductory “5” will be held at the Town of New Hartford Municipal Building, 8635 Clinton Street, New Hartford, NY, on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. The public is invited to attend.
