PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of New Hartford, Oneida

County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Town of New Hartford Municipal Offices, 8635

Clinton Street (at The Orchards), New Hartford, New York, on Monday, October 19, 2026 to

commence at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as reached in the regular course of business, to

address the following:

INTERPRETATION AND/OR NULLIFICATION of the Notice of Violation issued to the

New Paris Road Solar 1, LLC, and the Humphreys Farms, Inc., as well as the Order to Remedy

directed thereon, by the Town of New Hartford Codes Enforcement Officer George Farley on or

about June 26, 2026. Tax Map #338.000-3-33.1; Zoning: Agricultural.

Mrs. Catherine Green, 41 Court Knolle, New Hartford, New York. Use Variance request to

keep existing chickens on her property, which is a violation of the Town Zoning Law 118-69

(Animal Husbandry). This is not allowed in this zoning district and does not meet the lot

requirements. Therefore, the applicant is seeking a Use Variance to allow animal husbandry to

continue. Tax Map #339.015-2-49; Zoning: Medium Density Residential.
